Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional waxing services, including but not limited to body waxing, facial waxing, and other related services.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards during all client interactions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing a personalized and comfortable experience, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Actively contribute to revenue growth through upselling additional services and retail products.
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold our studio's reputation for excellence and create memorable client experiences.
• Ensure adherence to all studio protocols, including scheduling and proper product usage.
• Stay updated on the latest waxing techniques and trends to consistently deliver top-tier results.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-year experience in professional waxing services.
• Current California esthetician or cosmetology license required.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving repeat business.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional precision and efficiency in service delivery.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
