Scale Operator / Receiving Specialist

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Baltimore, MD

Key Responsibilities

• Scale Operations: Weigh trucks and accurately enter weight/vehicle data.
  
• Documentation: Maintain transaction logs and perform filing/report generation.
  
• Traffic Flow: Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff via radio and computer.
  
• Office Support: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain office cleanliness.
  
• Compliance: Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliability: Strong commitment to being on time and working as scheduled.
  
• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) with basic math and reading skills.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
  
• Environment: Comfortable working in industrial/outdoor settings and sitting for long periods.
  
• Experience: Prior scale house, clerical, or logistics experience preferred.
  
• Communication: Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
