Business Systems Analyst
Position Location:
Most Preferred: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Cleveland, OH, 44136
Second Preferred: Dallas, TX, 75234 / Birmingham, AL, 35233 / Phoenix, AZ, 85016

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Assignment Length: 6 Months Contract to Hire role.

Function of the Group: Cost Reduction
Initiatives/Projects: Shared service in the retail space

Focused on onboarding and maintaining documents for the Lending line of business Industry Background: Banking BSA experience is a plus, but not required

Roles and Responsibilities:
Document business needs as actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Ensure stories meet Client and WC Wing standards
Resolve requirement ambiguities with stakeholders
Work with business/tech teams to determine BRE rules and document in BFR spreadsheet
Create document form field mappings
Coordinate with Print Center for batch introductions
Support QA and PO with acceptance testing Update operational runbooks and release status sheets
Participate in release reviews and bi-weekly tech meetings
Maintain WC Source Confluence pages Review mappings with source system reps
Assist with estimates Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Retrospectives, Demos)

Required Experience Level: Level 3: 4-6 Years of Experience Required

Managing multiple projects Requirements gathering,
Working with cross-functional teams,

Nice-to-Have / Flex Skills: Data Mapping

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
