Business system Analyst



Job Description:
• Over 8 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication for both new and enhanced applications.
• Expertise in Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, actively involved in Scrum ceremonies Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborated with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, SMEs, and development teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Led requirements elicitation using interviews, surveys, focus groups, and document analysis conducted JAD sessions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Skilled in impact analysis, GAP analysis, and root cause analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Actively participated in SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, PO Sync, PMC, and Scrum of Scrums, ensuring cadence across the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Strong experience with change management, responding efficiently to evolving business needs.
• Designed and developed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with product requirements.
