Physical Demands Ability to walk more than 1000 yards; stand for extended periods of time; ability to lift and carry no more than 50 lbs; climb stairs and/or ladders; stooping; crawling; reaching; handling; pushing; pulling; twisting; kneeling; squatting; seeing; speaking; hearing.
Working Conditions Aboard a Marine Vessel or dismantling yard. Required to work outside in all kinds of weather or in buildings without heating or air conditioning. Some tasks are dangerous, including removing lead, asbestos or chemicals.
Hazards Heat, rain, fire, burns, falls, noise, heights, air particles, inhalation, falling objects and splashes
