Job Description

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an opportunity for a highly motivated administrative assistant. This position is a limited-term (no benefits) position but depending on work load and staffing needs could be converted to a regular, benefits-eligible position.

Responsibilities include:

• Proofreading and editing technical documents
• Entering and maintaining data in spreadsheets and CRM database software
• Preparing reports for project managers
• Enforcing corporate style standards
• Preparing charts and graphics
• Coordinating with local printers and vendors
• Maintaining/ordering office supplies
• Maintaining schedules, meetings, and travel for staff as needed
• General office duties
• General office errands

A valid driver's license and some travel will be required

The successful candidate will have:

• Associate degree in a related field

--OR--

• If no degree, at least two (2) years of office experience

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• Information management/database maintenance experience
• Experience proofing/editing technical documents
• Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Previous experience working with staff in remote locations
• CRM database software experience
