Touring Account Executive/Experiential Events

LMG is seeking a motivated Touring Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional event experiences. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their goals and transform ideas into high impact productions using cutting edge audiovisual technology and production services.

From corporate events and conventions to major productions and live experiences, you will serve as a trusted partner who guides clients through the planning process while ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

For more than 35 years, LMG has provided industry leading video, audio, LED, and lighting solutions for live events, national broadcasts, and large scale productions. What You'll Be Doing

  • Consult with clients to understand their event goals, budgets, and technical requirements while developing customized production solutions
  • Respond to client inquiries, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities
  • Coordinate event logistics including site surveys, equipment planning, labor needs, and execution timelines
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage contracts, deposits, and invoicing processes to ensure accurate financial coordination
  • Conduct post event follow ups to gather feedback and identify opportunities for future collaboration

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in audiovisual sales, live event production, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences from planning through execution
