Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process daily orders
• Print shipping labels and prepare shipments
• Assist with inventory adjustments and stock management
• Coordinate order fulfillment with the sales team and departments in China
• Arrange shipments (including pallet shipments / freight dispatch)
• Support communication between warehouse and internal teams
• Assist in managing warehouse staff and daily operations
• Handle other general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual in  English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills and team player
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
