Position Summary

The Natural Sciences Intern will support scientific, environmental, or laboratory-based activities related to research, analysis, and data collection. This role provides hands-on experience in applied science while supporting ongoing projects in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, research, and analysis related to natural science projects
• Support environmental monitoring, sampling, or laboratory testing activities
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation of findings
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations
• Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Biology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Ecology, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in laboratory techniques, environmental sampling, or research methods
• Familiarity with data analysis, statistics, or scientific reporting
• Prior internship, research, or field experience
