HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LOSS PREVENTION AGENT IN LACEY, WA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Loss Prevention Agent to join our team in Lacey, Washington. This individual will be responsible for protecting assets, maintaining security, enforcing safety and compliance, and participating in training and mentoring. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $16.50/hour

• Located in Lacy, Washington

Duties and Responsibilities

• Protect Assets: Conduct active surveillance and monitor CCTV systems to detect, prevent, and apprehend theft.
• Maintain Security: Perform routine physical security inspections, manage visitor control logs, and monitor facility access.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety procedures, conduct regular store audits, and immediately communicate hazards to key holders.
• Train & Mentor: Participate in loss prevention and safety programs, including training new hire associates on security best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in Loss Prevention is required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult or tense situations with diplomacy and discretion.
• Mindset: Sharp situational awareness, strong organizational skills, and excellent record-keeping ability.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus).
• Availability: Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and traverse all areas of a busy warehouse/distribution center.
• Comfort working in a distribution environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Strong visual and auditory awareness to effectively monitor store activity
