The position provides hands‑on training, mentorship, and the potential to develop into a long‑term role. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys and senior paralegals with day‑to‑day case management. Assist with drafting, preparing, and filing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence. Perform state and federal court filings and coordinate service of process. Calendar deadlines and track litigation timelines to ensure compliance with court rules. Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical case files. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors. Handle general administrative support related to active litigation matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Paralegal Certificate is a plus). Litigation experience required - internships, externships, or entry‑level law firm experience acceptable.
