UForce Fitness is looking for a motivated and professional Head Coach to help lead our training floor and deliver a high-level experience to our members.

This role is for someone who is passionate about coaching, confident leading groups, and committed to creating an energetic, supportive, and accountable training environment. The Head Coach will play an important role in member experience, class quality, and overall gym culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes with energy, professionalism, and strong communication
• Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members of all fitness levels
• Provide coaching, movement corrections, and member support during classes
• Help maintain high standards for class structure, organization, and safety
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to community retention
• Assist with onboarding new members and supporting member progress
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to maintain a positive team culture
• Support gym events, challenges, and community initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or group fitness experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to command a room while remaining approachable and supportive
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others improve
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• CPR/AED certification preferred

Position Details

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
• Early morning, evening, and some weekend availability may be required
