You’ll work directly with our team to identify, structure, and close acquisitions of $1M+ EBITDA companies , while we support sourcing, financing, and post-acquisition operations. This is not a job. It’s a path to ownership and long-term equity creation . What You’ll Do Work with buyers and live deal flow to identify acquisition opportunities. Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution. Engage with sellers, brokers, and financing partners. Move deals from initial conversation to close.
