Full-Time | Sales Representative

Xcaliber Marketing Management is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Pittsburgh. We specialize in face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands while providing hands-on training and advancement opportunities for our team members.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands in a professional, face-to-face setting
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Learn and apply sales and marketing strategies through paid training
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or marketing is a plus, but not required
