Job Description
We are hiring professional drivers for no-touch refrigerated lanes across CO, WY, and UT. Whether you want to be home every night or every week, we have a seat for you in our Aurora-based fleet.
The Earnings & BonusesWeekly Average: $1,400–$1,500.
High Mileage Pay: $0.70–$0.80 CPM (based on experience).
Mountain Driver Bonus: $1,000 monthly bonus for winter driving (Nov–Mar, up to $5,000 total).
Accessorial Pay: $17 per stop + $24/hr detention pay.
Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life, 401(k), and earned PTO.
Local (0–50 miles from Aurora): Home Daily (with occasional surge overnights).
Regional (51–110 miles from Aurora): Home Weekly with multiple home pass-bys.
The Route: Dedicated deliveries from Aurora DC to Cheyenne, WY, and Eastern UT.
Consistent Miles: Averaging 1,700 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight.
Note: Trucks are parked at the Aurora terminal; no take-home policy.
The Gear: Primarily 2024–2025 Automatics equipped with auto-chains .
Support: 24/7 operational flexibility required; 70-hour weekly commitment.
Training: Reefer training is provided for drivers new to temperature-controlled freight.
License: Valid Class A CDL.
Experience: Minimum 3+ months of verifiable driving experience.
