Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience strongly preferred. Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills essential. Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities required. Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to manage demanding caseloads. Active admission to the California Bar required.
