Warehouse Materials Coordinator in St. Albans, WV

• $28/hr. - $31/hr. (commensurate with experience)
• Contract role, On-Site

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Materials Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and space utilization. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational excellence across all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
• Support shipping & receiving operations including picking, packing, and shipping in alignment with procedures
• Verify vendor shipments against purchase orders, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate SAP entry and reconciliation
• Monitor inventory levels and report on obsolete materials or stock adjustments (min/max levels)
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accurate cataloging of inventory (numbers, descriptions, quantities, and locations)
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Project teams to optimize order fulfillment
• Coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to schedule pickups, deliveries, and routing
• Identify warehouse capacity constraints and provide recommendations to improve storage utilization
• Follow all safety standards and operating procedures to meet Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality targets
