POSITION SUMMARY

The Technical Content Writer will lead the development of strategic written content across sales enablement, internal communications, and internal knowledge/guest-facing messaging. This position will be responsible for translating complex information into clear, engaging, and practical content that supports our global teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling ability with operational discipline. They are comfortable writing everything from training materials and playbooks to announcements, campaign copy, and leadership communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Enablement & Training Content

  • Write and develop sales enablement materials including training guides, playbooks, scripts, and frameworks
  • Support the development of structured learning content for programs such as consultative selling frameworks and product training
  • Create clear job aids, cheat sheets, and call guides for contact center agents

Internal Communications

  • Draft internal knowledge articles, updates, and leadership communications
  • Support global newsletters, internal campaigns, and employee storytelling initiatives
  • Translate operational or policy changes into easy-to-understand messaging for frontline teams
  • Write practical, actionable content tailored for frontline contact center agents, focusing on clarity, speed, and ease of use
  • Create structured, concise content optimized for AI tools, including generative assistants, chatbots, and automated knowledge systems
  • Transform existing content into a scalable, AI-ready knowledge foundation
  • Identify gaps and build high-impact content that improves self-service and AI performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to validate content with product and operational teams

Guest-Facing Messaging

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to produce clear guest messaging across campaigns, updates, and travel communications
  • Ensure tone and voice are consistent across brands and regions

Content Strategy & Governance

  • Help define writing standards and editorial guidelines across enablement and operations content
  • Establish standardized structures, templates, and naming conventions for knowledge articles to ensure consistency across global teams while enabling fast retrieval by agents and accurate interpretation by AI systems
  • Maintain clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all written materials
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate technical or operational information into practical content
  • Stay current on AI writing best practices, including prompt design, content tagging, structured authoring, and writing for NLP systems

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with enablement, marketing, operations, and digital teams globally
  • Gather insights from frontline agents and leaders to continuously improve messaging and materials
Requirements:

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Required

  • 5+ years of professional writing experience in content, communications, enablement, or marketing
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating structured content such as guides, playbooks, or training materials
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable messaging
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or consumer brands
  • Experience supporting contact center or sales organizations
  • Familiarity with learning platforms or training content development
  • Experience writing for global audiences across multiple regions

TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Location: Fully Remote in the USA
  • Salary range is based on national benchmarks and may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and experience.
