Senior Manager, Product Management – Technical Lead (Personalization & Discovery) The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a talented Senior Manager of Product Management Tech with Personalization, Recommendations and AI‑driven discovery experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross‑functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. The ideal candidate should have thrived and succeeded in hiring and developing teams of 10–15 people and delivering broadly adopted technology products or services in a high growth environment in Streaming Media or related field.
