The AECOM Water Business Line is seeking a Senior Roadway Drainage Engineer (Hydrology & Hydraulics ) to join the Phoenix, AZ office. This role focuses on roadway and highway drainage design , hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for transportation corridors , and development of storm drain, culvert, and cross-drainage systems in support of municipal and DOT infrastructure projects.
Lead hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design for roadway drainage systems , including storm drain networks, culverts, inlets, gutter flow, spread analysis, and hydraulic grade line (HGL) evaluations along transportation corridors
This role leads the delivery of mid- to large-scale infrastructure projects while providing a clear path into a technical lead role with PM responsibilities and growth within AECOM’s growing water resources practice. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, support client relationships, and contribute to business development within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
