What You'll Do ● Attend estimate appointments (both self-generated and company-provided) ● Conduct on-site walkthroughs with homeowners to assess their project needs ● Prepare and present quotes on-site or shortly after the appointment ● Follow up and close sales with homeowners in a professional, value-driven way ● Actively participate in sales training and team meetings What We Expect ● Strong communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners ● Professionalism when attending and running estimates ● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ● Attend and participate in all weekly meetings and trainings ● Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets ● Performance bonuses for top results * Bilingual is a plus Weekly Salary plus commission will be based on experience and discussed at the time of the interview.
