Herrington on the bay is building a reliable, energetic team forspecial events and catering operations and is currently hiring formultiple Front of House and Support positions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.
We welcome both entry-level applicants and experienced hospitality professionals. Training is available for the right candidates, and experience is a plus for higher-level service roles.
All position are primarily Thursday - Sunday (April - November)
Catering Servers- Responsible for set-up, breakdown and service of catered events including serving, bussing, moving tables and chairs, cleaning and trash removal. Age 16+
Van Driver- Catering Server specifically assigned to assisting the bartender and picking up food and supplies from the kitchen and delivering them to the event location. Age 18+, must have valid driver license
VIP Server- Catering Server specifically assigned to serve the Wedding Party throughout each wedding reception. Age 18+
Garden Attendant- Catering Server specifically assigned to managing the set-up, service and breakdown of wedding ceremony sites. Age 16+
Satellite Bartender- Catering Server specifically assigned to set-up, service and breakdown of bar station serving beer, wine or signature drink during the first part of each wedding reception. Age 21+
Concierge-Greets guests, answers phones, assists with questions, and helps maintain clean, organized guest areas. Supports the Sales Team by setting up/breaking down meeting spaces and assisting with property tours. Age 21+
Dishwasher Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, glassware, and equipment, assisting with trash removal, and supporting the culinary team to ensure smooth event execution. Age 16+
