Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing Residential Department. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a demanding and rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, organization, time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable using Apple devices for daily job tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions to customers
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Accurately document work using company-provided Apple devices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Work until assigned jobs are completed

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Residential Service Plumber
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed to complete jobs
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clean criminal background
• Must pass a drug screen
