At Iowa Rotocast Plastics, Inc. (IRP), we create the products that bring brands and experiences to life. We are currently seeking a highly accountable, positive, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to take over our high-growth Northwest Territory (covering major hubs like Seattle, Portland, Denver, and surrounding markets).

This is a massive opportunity for growth. You will inherit an in-place contact list and an active, established territory currently generating $1M–$2M in annual sales. Your target market? Larger cities, major entertainment venues, and massive beverage wholesalers.

Culture and accountability are everything to us. To ensure you are set up for massive success, this role requires you to work in office at our headquarters for the first 90 to 180 days. You will learn our products, build relationships with our internal teams, and prove you can handle the workload. Once you demonstrate consistent accountability and hit your metrics, this role will transition to a remote position.

What You’ll Do

Manage a "Warm Desk": Take ownership of an established $1M–$2M Northwest territory, inheriting a robust, in-place contact list of major venues and beverage wholesalers.

Hunt & Grow: Expand our footprint across the NW region through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.

Be a Team Player: Bring a positive, collaborative energy to the team. You will work closely with internal production and support teams to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Drive Results: Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high standard of personal accountability. Accurate CRM records, forecasts, and daily sales reports are a must.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of relevant, quota-carrying sales experience (B2B, manufacturing, or beverage industry experience is a major plus).
  • A positive, team-first attitude combined with a relentless, self-motivated work ethic.
  • A proven track record of hunting new business, managing large accounts, and consistently closing deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and strict discipline when it comes to CRM management and daily communication

To ensure tight alignment with our Midwest production teams while managing Western accounts, we require a highly structured daily routine—but we also need someone who treats sales as a lifestyle.

  • Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST.
  • The Lifestyle: Because you are managing West Coast clients, 4:30 PM CST is only 2:30 PM PST. This is not a punch-the-clock role. You must be willing to answer after-hours calls and take care of business when a major account needs you.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% to the Northwest territory for high-level customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
