Probate Litigation Associate Attorney – Full Time
Doug Newborn Law Firm, PLLC, is a client-focused, family-focused law firm assisting clients through difficult situations. Our primary areas of practice include probate, estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship, and personal injury. We are one of the largest trusts and estates litigation firms in the State of Arizona. We have over 850 Google reviews (with a 4.9 average) because we understand that in these practice areas it can be an incredibly stressful time for our clients, and we take pride in prioritizing our clients’ needs and concerns and keeping them fully informed of their case every step of the way.

We are searching for a Litigation Associate to add to our growing team.
Immediate Job Description:
Work directly under owner/attorney Doug Newborn and one of the Firm’s Senior Associates to learn our systems/culture and to train and develop your skills in this area of the law.
Draft motions, discovery answers/questions, disclosure statements, and subpoenas/qualified protective orders.
Interact with Clients to learn about their case and meet with the lead attorney to determine next steps.
After you’re ready to take on cases as a lead attorney:
Over-communicate with our clients.
Handle various trusts and estates litigated cases from beginning to end.
Work with the rest of the litigation team to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible outcomes in their cases.
Experience & Qualifications
State Bar of Arizona License (required).
Probate, Trusts, and Estates experience (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Tech savvy.

First year compensation from $106,500.00 - $141,500.00, depending on experience.
