Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Picker Packer

Location: Nashville, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with potential for 10-hour shifts if needed

What's the Job?

• Stand and walk for the full duration of your shift to ensure efficient picking and packing
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35–50 pounds to handle products safely
• Perform repetitive reaching, bending, and handling of products with precision
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Support team efforts to meet daily productivity goals and ensure quality standards

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
• Physical capability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety guidelines
