Job Overview
Fresenius Medical Care is hiring Dialysis Technician Trainees for a regular, full-time position at our new outpatient dialysis clinic in Dubuque, WI. This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term healthcare career. No dialysis experience required — paid training provided.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on patient care during dialysis treatments
Set up and monitor dialysis equipment
Support patients before, during, and after treatment
Work closely with nurses and clinical staff
Training:
Paid, full-time training in dialysis
Support toward CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) certification
Some direct patient care experience (such as CNA, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, etc.) is preferred but not required!
You should have:
Interest in a long-term, full-time role (not seasonal or temporary)
Ability to work early morning shifts
Compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn
