Middleville Engineered Solutions seeks a veteran of the trade who can produce high‑quality components while sharing expertise to upskill our team on best practices and machine optimization. Role Master the Machines: Set up and operate Wire EDM and Waterjet equipment—sometimes simultaneously—to produce high‑quality details. Mentor: Act as a technical resource by teaching and mentoring our team on EDM operations, troubleshooting, and setup techniques. Programming & Precision: Load, program, and edit G‑code at the control or via MasterCam. Quality Control: Perform own setups and pick‑ups; inspect the size and fit of components using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools. Collaborate: Work alongside our Tool Room Supervisor and CNC Machinists to improve production methods and resolve complex work problems. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of EDM experience (veteran experience preferred). Strong working knowledge of Fanuc EDM controls and MasterCam. Willingness and ability to explain technical processes to others and help grow our internal talent. Ability to read and understand part prints, color codes, CAD data, and tight tolerances.
