Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking Pallet Builders for a manufacturing and warehouse operation in Dayton, Ohio. This role focuses on assembling and repairing wooden pallets used for shipping and material handling. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable using tools, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Build and repair wooden pallets using hand tools and pneumatic nail guns
• Measure, cut, and assemble pallet boards to required specifications
• Inspect pallets to ensure structural quality and durability
• Sort, stack, and move lumber and completed pallets as needed
• Maintain a steady work pace to meet daily production goals
• Follow safety procedures while operating tools and equipment
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:
• Previous construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or nail guns a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
