Capstone Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced OR RN (Registered Nurse) to provide high-quality perioperative care at a partner healthcare facility in Mattoon, IL. As an Operating Room RN, you will play a key role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring safe, patient-centered care before, during, and after procedures. You will follow facility policies and evidence-based guidelines, participate in handoff communications, and contribute to quality and performance-improvement initiatives as needed.
