River Valley Marine in Red Wing is hiring a Marine Sales Professional / Boat Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team.
This is not an entry-level rolewere looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential in the marine industry.
Automotive, RV, powersports, and commission-based sales professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation
Base + Commission (Stable income with unlimited upside)
Typical Earnings: $85,000$250,000 annually
Your income is driven by your ability to build relationships, manage your pipeline, and close deals.
Schedule
MondayFriday: 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
Weekday off when working Saturday
Additional hours required during peak boating season
What Youll Do
Sell new and used boats, outboard motors, and marine accessories
Guide customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
Deliver a high-end, professional buying experience
Maintain strong product knowledge of boats and competing brands
Follow a structured dealership sales process
Maintain a clean, organized showroom and inventory
Work boat shows, events, and promotional activities
Follow up with customers before and after the sale
What Were Looking For
Proven success in commission-based sales (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or similar)
Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Passion for boating or outdoor recreation
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Experience with CRM or dealership systems preferred
