Guides students through expressing past experiences, making comparisons, describing sequential actions, writing short paragraphs, and understanding intermediate spoken Mandarin. Emphasizes building fluency through expanded conversation topics and connects language to Chinese history, modern society, and cultural comparison. Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with Mandarin Chinese 2 curricula and common challenges such as understanding aspect markers, expanding character knowledge, and developing listening comprehension at natural speed. Adapts instruction using graded reading materials, character review systems, and thematic conversation activities to support intermediate Mandarin learners building toward advanced study or proficiency assessments.
