Job Description

We have a current opening for a Maintenance Supervisor- 2nd Shift  and are actively reviewing applications.

Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all maintenance activities in the assigned area within our production plant. In this role, individual will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities.

Will be responsible for directing and guiding a team of maintenance technicians, implementing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager.

2nd Shift: 3p-11p with occasional weekend coverage

•    Supervise maintenance technicians in the assigned area of the factory
•    Ensure that safe work practices are followed by maintenance technicians
•    Actively support plant improvement initiatives (Mobile Maintenance, FOX 2.0, Smart Factory)
•    Ensure that maintenance policies are properly respected
•    Actively cooperate with other organizations to support proper plant operation (production, quality, human resources)
•    Interact with OEM’s and suppliers to obtain parts/support as needed
•    Assist in planning maintenance interventions

•    Strong history of technical problem solving
•    3 years+ maintenance supervision experience
•    Strong mechanical and electrical skills as they relate to a highly automated manufacturing plant
•    Experience and understanding of Automation and Controls is a plus
•    Physical: Ability to stand, bend and climb stairs, often for extended periods of time.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $89,000  annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
