Injection Mold Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm ) Operate and maintain plastic injection molding equipment, including presses, molds, robots, and material feeders. Monitor machines, check for abnormalities, and adjust settings to maintain product quality. Maintain and troubleshoot supporting systems (dryers, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, conveyors, forklifts, packaging equipment). Perform in-process quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications. Conduct preventative and unplanned machine maintenance; document machine changes and repairs. Injection Mold Operator Qualifications: Formal technical training or equivalent manufacturing experience. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery. Basic computer skills to operate automated equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions (English). Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift as required.
