Entry-Level Front Desk Receptionist

This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping with check-in, scheduling, and general questions. What you will be doing as a Front Desk Receptionist:

• Welcome patients and visitors with friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with check-in, appointments, and general questions
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate appointment details clearly
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain accurate records and update patient information
• Manage paperwork, forms, and administrative details
• Ensure patients receive clear information and follow-up instructions
• Support daily office operations to keep the front desk running smoothly
