TMC is Now Hiring Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Drivers! Earn $100,000+/Year - Home Weekends Up to a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus* - We Hire All Experience Levels!

• Earn $100,000+ Annually - performance-based percentage pay
  • Average $1,350 - $1,600 weekly
• Home weekends - our flatbed drivers typically run within a 1,200-mile radius of their home

• Dedicated/Specialized Division - $5,000 sign-on bonus, the most coveted division in the fleet, freight is strong, TMC is growing its dedicated operations

• Performance-based percentage pay -while we do offer mileage pay, 98% of our fleet chooses percentage pay. Experienced drivers start out at 27%-30% of the load and can go as high as 34%. Percentage pay is loved by experienced drivers because it pays more than traditional per-mile programs, and they get a share of the gain every time TMC gets a rate increase from our customers

• Valid Class A CDL
• 3+ months of driving experience preferred
• No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
• Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
