Electronic Assembler, Medical Device

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a cutting-edge medical device manufacturer in South Orange County that is expanding their production team and seeking skilled Electronic Assemblers to become a vital part of their growing operation.

Location: Fully onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA

Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions, schematics, and drawings
• Perform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipment
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship
• Document completed work and maintain accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
• Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or process concerns
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronic or mechanical assembly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
