About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Health Sciences and Technology. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Health Sciences and Technology should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement and a proven track record in academic and administrative leadership. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage and inspire faculty, staff, and students, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the academic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in program development, accreditation processes, and a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of health sciences and technology education.
