Key Responsibilities Design complex data pipelines and models powering subscription, transaction, and device registration datasets Deliver scalable data solutions on native AWS infrastructure Develop data quality validation frameworks and monitoring solutions ensuring data integrity and timeliness Build and optimize batch and near real‑time processing workflows using Spark, Redshift, and Andes Create robust orchestration and monitoring for workflows with complex dependencies Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to onboard new data sources About the Team The team is primarily based in Seattle with additional presence in New York and London. This data‑driven organization focuses on Prime Video’s growth and commerce analytics, with strong representation in business intelligence, data engineering, and product management functions supporting Prime Video’s commercial and analytical needs. The cross‑functional team builds intelligent systems that integrate content and data to deliver personalized customer experiences across streaming, live events, and emerging formats. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of data engineering experience Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines Experience with SQL Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions Experience with non‑relational databases or data stores (object storage, document or key‑value stores, graph databases, column‑family databases) Equal Opportunity Statement Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
