What You’ll Be Doing Connect & Assist: Answer inbound calls promptly, research inquiries, and deliver accurate responses to coverage, billing, and policy‑related questions. Problem‑Solve & Recommend: Rewrite or create new policies tailored to the unique insurance needs of each client by recommending the best coverage options and products. Grow Professionally: Keep yourself sharp and up‑to‑date! Career path internally to other opportunities within. Learn & Excel: Take initiative to master additional processes and client‑specific procedures to confidently handle secondary areas and provide comprehensive answers to inquiries.
