Summary

This senior leadership role oversees multiple large scale industrial and design build projects nationwide, with a focus on manufacturing facility construction and retrofit programs.

We are particularly seeking candidates with experience delivering manufacturing facilities, including greenfield builds, capacity expansions, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Project Managers and project teams, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, collaborating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to drive successful project execution and resolve escalations.
• Develop and manage project plans, including procurement strategies, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Oversee financial performance across all assigned projects, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, and executive reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction or project management, including senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated track record delivering manufacturing facilities (new builds and retrofits), including live-facility phasing, production continuity planning, and process equipment coordination.
• Strong command of construction management fundamentals, including scheduling, procurement, cost control, risk management, and change management.
• Ability to lead multiple project teams and manage concurrent large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
