Business Systems Analyst II - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid (On-site Tuesday-Thursday | Remote Monday & Friday)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Core Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting business applications that drive critical operations. This role partners closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies and improve system performance, efficiency, and scalability.

This position supports a portfolio of applications tied to operational and sales-related processes, offering strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to contribute to system enhancements and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective system solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Support and maintain 13-20 business-critical applications related to operational and sales processes
  • Drive system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform cost-benefit and ROI analysis to support system and process decisions
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation efforts
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales support, and field teams
  • Assist with user training and documentation to ensure effective system adoption
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related role
  • Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and systems
  • Experience gathering and translating business and functional requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Exposure to product management or product ownership responsibilities
  • Experience supporting operations or business systems environments
  • Experience with user training and change management efforts
  • Background in accounting, finance, or sales-related systems
Work Environment & Additional Details
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
  • Primarily independent work with a defined application ownership scope
  • High collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • No travel required
