  • Craft and refresh email campaigns, investor updates, and weekly customer communications to engage and convert prospects.
  • Collaborate with founders and internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, tracking feedback and approvals in collaboration with Capital Department and startup customers.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to iterate and improve copy effectiveness, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and contribute to campaign performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience producing copy that drives sales or investment conversion.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills — able to craft succinct, persuasive, and emotionally resonant messaging.
  • Strong understanding of capital raising, startups, and marketing funnels.
  • Effective communicator who is clear, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Creative, curious thinker who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office, and comfort with Asana, Slack, and CRM/email tools (Klaviyo preferred).

What experience would be an added bonus?

  • Experience as a founder or marketer in a startup environment.
  • Previous experience in fundraising, investor relations, or venture capital communications.
  • Background in finance or banking, with a solid understanding of investment dynamics.
  • Advanced degree, such as an MBA or related field.

Why is this a great opportunity?

  • Help shape the narratives of cutting-edge startups raising capital from the crowd and institutions.
  • Collaborate directly with visionary CEOs and founders.
  • Contribute to the success of startups building groundbreaking products and technologies.
  • Develop a strong personal brand in the startup and investment ecosystem.
  • Be part of a mission-driven, high-performing team redefining how private companies raise capital online.
