General Sales Manager

 

Automotive Dealership – Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance in both new and used vehicle departments. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment. We are a high-volume brand that everyone loves!

 

Compensation

$180,000 – $300,000 annually
Compensation is performance-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop New and Used Sales teams
  • Drive unit growth and maintain high CSI performance
  • Monitor KPIs and hold team accountable to dealership goals
  • Structure and desk deals effectively
  • Collaborate with Finance and Service departments to maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in automotive retail
  • Demonstrated success increasing unit volume and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, desking, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
