Warehouse Manager Full-time On-siteWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and safe workflow throughout our facility. The
ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven background in warehouse or logistics management.Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits (Inventory Control)
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal departments
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for efficiency
• Monitor equipment, schedule maintenance, and ensure proper use of tools and machinery
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
• Service Titan and Dynamic’s systems are a plus
• Knowledge of OSHA and general warehouse safety practices

 

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
