• Manually unloading cargo from shipping containers and trailers, and loading outgoing trucks.
• Sorting, stacking, and organizing goods onto pallets according to warehouse standards.
• Moving products from the loading dock to staging or storage areas.
• Assessing cargo for damage, identifying damaged items, and documenting asset losses.
• Keeping the loading dock clean, orderly, and safe.
• Using manual or powered pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified).

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy items (often up to 50 lbs) regularly
• Ability to stand, crouch, and walk for long periods
• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or loading is preferred
• Ability to read order manifests and verify freight contents
• Strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines and OSHA standards
• Willingness to work flexible schedules or weekends to meet shipping deadlines
