The VP of Supply Chain & Operations will lead the strategy and execution behind inventory flow, supplier relationships, warehouse operations, and fulfillment efficiency. You will partner directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain performance supports both growth and profitability.

This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building systems, improving operational discipline, and driving measurable impact across a high-velocity fulfillment environment.

What You’ll Own:

End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy

• Procurement, inbound logistics, inventory planning, warehousing, and fulfillment operations
• Supply chain strategy tied to growth, margin performance, and working capital efficiency
• Supplier partnerships, negotiations, and contract management

Inventory & Operational Performance

• Core operational KPIs including inventory turns, in-stock rates, overstock levels, and warehouse throughput
• Inventory allocation strategies across distributed fulfillment networks
• Demand forecasting and inventory planning processes

Warehouse Operations

• Oversight of high-volume warehouse operations including labor planning, safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy
• Operational improvements that increase throughput and reduce fulfillment costs
• Coordination between headquarters teams and warehouse leadership

Financial & Strategic Ownership

• Supply chain budgets and operational cost management
• Working capital optimization through improved inventory and procurement strategies
• Cross-functional alignment with finance, sales, marketing, and product leadership

Team Leadership

• Build and scale high-performing teams across supply chain, procurement, and operations
• Develop strong leadership bench and operational accountability throughout the organization

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across supply chain, logistics, and operations
• Deep experience managing warehouse operations and inventory at scale within the Amazon ecosystem
• Strong operational and financial discipline with proven impact on margin, cost structure, and efficiency
• Experience working within high-velocity eCommerce, retail, logistics, or fulfillment environments
• Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional leadership teams
• Builder mindset — experience standing up operational processes and scaling teams during periods of growth
• Willingness to travel periodically to US based warehouse operations (~25%)
• Location : This position reports to the COO in San Diego, CA with flexible fulltime onsite schedule. xywuqvp Relocation package will be offered to the right candidate.
