About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Hospitality to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner, with comprehensive oversight of the company's expanding restaurant operations, VIP guest experience team, and wine club. This role is pivotal in setting and achieving enterprise-wide goals, offering world-class hospitality, and curating guest and member programs. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive hospitality leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a proven track record of strategic and financial leadership in the hospitality or entertainment sectors. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules. The ideal candidate will have an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences, expertise in budgeting and cost control, and impeccable integrity. Responsibilities also include collaborating with external partners, managing the wine club team, and driving membership acquisition targets. The VP will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of the business model and to ensure operational quality and standards of excellence across all hospitality venues.
