The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules. The ideal candidate will have an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences, expertise in budgeting and cost control, and impeccable integrity. Responsibilities also include collaborating with external partners, managing the wine club team, and driving membership acquisition targets.
