Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and provide high-quality rehabilitative care across a variety of healthcare settings. As a Travel OT, you will accept short- to mid-term assignments at renowned healthcare facilities, delivering patient-centered therapy to help individuals restore function, improve independence, and enhance quality of life. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, set functional goals, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with neurological, orthopedic, medical-surgical, and other complex conditions. You will educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices, ensuring continuity of care across different environments. This role requires accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards, as well as ongoing communication with nursing, physicians, case managers, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care and support safe discharge planning. As part of a travel-based workforce, you will adapt quickly to new clinical environments, workflows, and electronic medical record systems while maintaining strong clinical judgment and professional standards. You will collaborate with Accountable Healthcare Staffing and American Mobile Healthcare, a leader in staffing services, to select assignments that align with your clinical strengths, geographic preferences, and career goals. Our culture is focused on empowering employees, promoting diversity, and supporting professional growth, so you will have access to mentorship, professional development opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of practice settings and patient populations. In this position, you will demonstrate strong clinical skills in assessment, therapeutic exercise, functional training, cognitive and perceptual rehabilitation, and splinting as appropriate to the setting. You will be expected to manage a productive caseload while maintaining compassionate, evidence-based care, adhering to all facility policies, state practice acts, and ethical guidelines. Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential, as you will represent Accountable Healthcare Staffing and American Mobile Healthcare at client sites. In return, you will enjoy competitive pay structured to reflect your experience and assignment demands, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), plus travel-related support such as housing assistance or stipends where applicable. This is an ideal opportunity for an adventurous, clinically skilled Occupational Therapist who wants to expand their expertise, experience diverse care environments, and build a rewarding travel career while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
