Accountable Healthcare Staffing, in partnership with American Mobile Healthcare, is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care across a variety of healthcare and medical services settings. As a Travel OT, you will deliver patient-centered occupational therapy interventions to help individuals regain or improve functional independence in activities of daily living, work, and leisure. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that may include physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and social workers. Assignments may take place in acute care hospitals, inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, or skilled nursing and post-acute facilities, giving you diverse clinical exposure and the opportunity to expand your skills across different patient populations and diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical conditions. In this travel role, you will adapt quickly to new clinical environments, learn different documentation systems, and integrate into each facility’s workflows while maintaining a high standard of care, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. You will educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive equipment, and safety strategies, coordinate discharge planning, and contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives when applicable. The position requires strong clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. American Mobile Healthcare and Accountable Healthcare Staffing are committed to empowering employees, promoting diversity, and supporting ongoing professional growth. As a Travel Occupational Therapist, you will benefit from competitive pay, comprehensive medical benefits, and access to a 401(k) plan, along with travel-related support such as housing assistance or stipends, licensure support, and dedicated recruiter guidance. This opportunity is ideal for an OT who is passionate about patient care, eager to gain experience at renowned healthcare facilities across the country, and motivated to build a rewarding, flexible career in travel healthcare while advancing both clinical skills and professional development.
